Materials, care & water guide
Inspired by the sea. Designed for everyday water moments.
Our jewelry is made to be worn, lived in, and carried through your everyday adventures. Different materials require different care to preserve their beauty over time.
Stainless steel with PVD coating
Our stainless steel pieces with durable PVD coating are designed to withstand everyday exposure to water, including showering and occasional swimming in the sea or pool.
To maintain their shine:
- Rinse with fresh water after contact with salt water or chlorine
- Dry gently with a soft cloth
- Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals
With proper care, these pieces are made to accompany you wherever the sea takes you
Brass with 18K gold plating
Our gold-plated jewelry features a thick 18k gold layer designed for lasting wear. However, gold plating is naturally more delicate than solid steel.
To preserve the finish:
- Avoid water exposure whenever possible
- Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising
- Keep away from perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products
- Store in a dry place
Gold plating naturally evolves over time depending on wear, skin chemistry, and environmental exposure. Gradual fading is considered normal wear.
Natural materials
Some of our pieces include natural materials such as freshwater pearls, natural stones, or shell elements.
Natural materials may vary slightly in color, shape, size, and texture. These variations are part of their unique character and are not considered defects.
To preserve their natural beauty:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water
- Keep away from perfumes and cosmetics
- Store separately to prevent scratches
- Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth
Imitation pearls & glass elements
Imitation pearls and glass or crystal elements require careful handling.
- Avoid impact or dropping
- Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture
- Clean gently with a soft cloth
Minor surface changes over time are part of normal wear.
General care
To keep your jewelry at its best:
- Remove jewelry during sports or gardening
- Remove before going to bed
- Store pieces separately
- Keep necklaces closed to prevent tangling
- Clean with mild soapy water when needed, rinse, and dry thoroughly
A note on water & the sea
While many of our pieces are designed to handle everyday water exposure, salt water, chlorine, sweat, and chemicals may gradually affect finishes over time.
Rinsing with fresh water and drying after contact with the sea or pool will help preserve the appearance of your jewelry.
Natural wear
All jewelry naturally develops subtle signs of wear over time.
Surface scratches, gradual fading of plating, and natural aging of materials are not considered manufacturing defects.
