1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), have received the goods.

You may use a clear written statement indicating your decision to withdraw from the contract.

2. Return Conditions

You must return the goods within 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned.

We may reduce the refund if the returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return instructions will be provided after you contact us.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or evidence of return.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us without undue delay at:

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the defect or incorrect item

If a defect is confirmed, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

6. Legal Guarantee

All products are covered by a legal guarantee under EU consumer protection law.

This means that if a product is defective or does not match the description, you are entitled to remedies in accordance with applicable law, which generally provides protection for up to two years from delivery.

This legal protection applies automatically and does not limit your statutory rights.

7. Normal Wear and Care

The legal guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, minor surface changes, or natural aging of materials
  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions

Jewelry should be handled with care and protected from water, chemicals, and mechanical stress unless otherwise specified.
