4. Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT.

VAT is determined based on the customer’s country of residence in accordance with EU regulations.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

5. Payment

Payment must be completed at the time of order using the available payment methods.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, Klarna, PayPal). Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

6. Delivery

We currently ship to Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only.

Risk transfers to the customer once the goods have been delivered to you or a designated recipient.

7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

8. Defects and legal guarantee

Products are covered by statutory consumer protection laws regarding defects.

If a product is defective, please contact us without undue delay.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
